2. Hosting

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). To deliver the pages and keep them secure, GitHub logs the data your browser transmits (IP address, time, file requested, browser type). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data may be transferred to the USA; GitHub is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the data you entered (name, email address, message) and your IP address are sent to our processor Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time. We use the data only to answer your enquiry and delete it when it is no longer needed. Processing may take place outside the EU.

4. Cookies and web analytics

The site sets no cookies of its own. Only with your consent does it use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which stores cookies and processes your truncated (anonymised) IP address, the pages you open, times, referrer and device/browser details under a random identifier, so we can see how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Until you agree in the consent banner, no cookie is set and no data is sent to Google.

Your decision itself is stored locally in your browser so that you are not asked again; this entry contains only "granted" or "denied" and is not personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future using the button below, delete cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses); see Google's privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and you may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
